Admission Procedures

The academic session begins from 1st�week of April every year. Though the school is regarded as one of the best CBSE school in Mayapur,Nadia,W.B. admission process is simple and geared to take as less time in administrative activities as possible.

 

  • 1.Registration form duly filled in and signed by parents or guardians should be submitted at the school within the stipulated time. At the time of admission, the original birth certificate from the Municipal Corporation along with photocopies has to be submitted. Transfer Certificate from the previous school attended by the candidate should be submitted within one month from the commencement of the session/ admission.
  • 2. Registration Form may be downloaded from our school website or the one provided with the school prospectus can be used.
  • 3. Admission procedure for LKG includes Group discussion with parents and activities with children.
  • 4. Admission for standard UKG upto standard VIII: a written test followed by personal interview will be conducted for admission.
  • 5. Admission of students to Class XI: After successful completion of a recognized Class- X Board Examination, admission will be decided based on the eligibility criteria prescribed by the school. Admission starts in May/ June, immediately after Provisional Admission. Bhaktivedanta National School Secondary School students are eligible to apply on the basis of their Class X Term- I marks.Provisional Admission may be given to non- Bhaktivedanta National School Secondary School students on the basis of their outstanding performance in school examination only on the availability of seats after the provisional admission of the in-house students. Please note that provisional admission does not guarantee or give any preferential right to admission in Class XI until the final pass result is declared by the concerned Class X Board / Council. No reservation or conditional enrolment is made for students seeking admission.
  • 6. Admission will depend on the availability of seats in each class and the performance of the student in the admission test and interview. Canvassing in any form, such as request or recommendation, will not be entertained.

 

ADMISSION AND WITHDRAWAL

 

  • 1. Pupils newly admitted must produce on the re-opening day the Transfer Certificate and Conduct Certificate from the school last attended, if they have not submitted them along with the application form.
  • 2. On admission, the admission fee and other fee should be paid on the prescribed date.
  • 3. The Computer is a complicated electronic instrument which is learned through instruction and operation. FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS OF THE TEACHER CAREFULLY.
  • Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances
  • 3. Withdrawal: A week�s notice in writing is required for the withdrawal of the pupil. The requisition should be made by the father of the student or the guardian in exceptional cases.
  • 4. Parents who are applying for Transfer Certificate must send the requisition letter before 15th March of the academic year, failing which, they must pay the first term fee of the ensuing academic year to be able to get the Transfer Certificate. All the application received after 1st May will be attended to only after the first week of June.
  • 5. Transfer Certificate will be given only to those who have paid all their fees.
  • 6. Pupils leaving the school in the middle of the term must pay the fees for the full term.
  • 7. The school authorities reserve the right to refuse admission to any pupil without assigning any reason. They also reserve the right of refusing to continue the charge of any pupil whose conduct in their opinion is not satisfactory or who is not performing well by his stay in the school.
  • 8. Promotions are decided at the Teacher�s council and hence the Rules are Final and cannot be reconsidered under any circumstances. Parents are requested not to approach either the class teacher or any other school authority with such requests. Violation of this rule will be seriously dealt with.

  •   List of Candidate (LOC)'s documents verification dates are scheduled by the school:
    Class 12: 29th and 30th August 2023.
    Class 10: 31st Aug and 01st Sept 2023.
